Healthy Lifestyle

Many people understand the importance of health when they are ill, at that time they had realized and regretted not keeping her health when healthy. Health it was very expensive and therefore from now on we started to maintain the health of us all. This time I will share information about the importance of healthy lifestyle.

 At Wikipedia, Health definition is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans it is the ability of individuals or communities to adapt and self-manage when facing physical, mental or social challenges. Or health is physical and spiritual and social environment at a good stage condition.

Healthy life is the need of every human being, awareness of maintaining healthy reflection of the responsible attitude both to the private individual and the environment, responsible means that there is a willingness to take care of themselves physically and spiritually as well as care for the social environment.

Now how adopting a healthy lifestyle in everyday ?

Lifestyles either produce individuals who are not good anyway, so leave the lifestyle that is not good. With a good lifestyle so we can reap the results we want. There are a few tips towards a healthy lifestyle, namely:

1. Habituation breakfast 

Busyness and time makes this one missed, but with a full breakfast your body feels fresh. Choose a breakfast menu with food that is nutritious and high in fiber.

2. Exercise regularly 

Our bodies need movement every day to help burn fat stored in the body. Exercise also helps to tighten the muscles of the body, in addition to its influence on the physical exercise also helps reduce depression, restoring brain function.

3. Consume water well 

The adult body 60-70% consists of water, water helps the body's metabolism. The amount of water needed humans adapted to a person's activity level, temperature and humidity of the environment, but the body requires at least 2 to 2.5 liters of water or about 8 glasses.

4. Eat a balanced nutritious diet 

Nutritionally balanced food is food that is consumed varied daily with sufficient nutritional value, meaning no shortage or excess. The food we eat should have a nutritional value as an energy source such as carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins.

5. Avoid stress 

Stress is a person's reaction to the demands coming from the outside or in the mind of the individual. These stress triggers can come from outside or from within. Stress from the environment may be caused by noise, traffic congestion, pollution, and all sorts of other disorders. Stress from the inside due to injury or disease, the tension of mind. How can I fix, that identify the cause and then find a way out. Avoiding stress can also be a way to think positive and keep smiling.

6. Adequate sleep 

Sleep gives the opportunity to those parts of the body to refresh its function after use in the move all day. Good sleep is not seen from the length but the quality of sleep itself. But basically adults take between 6-8 hours to sleep. Rewarding good sleep prevent hypertension, obesity, stroke, heart disease.
